VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL  is almost here! The 2008 Summit Vacation Bible School will take place Monday through Friday on July 28 through August 1 from 7:00 to 8:30 each evening. Our theme this year is "Grow in God's Garden". There will be classes for all ages and lots of singing and Bible lessons. In addition, we will have our annual family night on Friday evening after VBS with lots of fellowship, food and games for the kids. Please pray for seeds of faith to be planted as we seek to glorify our heavenly Father. Mark your calendar now and invite your families, friends and neighbors!

Welcome to the website of the Summit Church of Christ -- we are glad you are visiting with us!  We are a congregation that places focus on service and praise to our Lord and Savior.  Our building is located in Cold Spring, Kentucky and is easily accessible by those in much of the Tri-State area of Southwest Ohio, Southeast Indiana, and Northern Kentucky.

Please take some time to take a look around the site and learn about our congregation.  We have provided directions, info about our Bible School program, some of the ministries supported or performed, our leadership, class notes, audio sermons, a daily devotional thought, Bible reading schedule, and much much more!  Also, we appreciate any feedback or questions you might have; just click on the Contacts link above to provide this to us.

Enjoy your visit!

1 Tim 2:8 - I want men everywhere to lift up holy hands in prayer, without anger or disputing. (NIV)

When you raise your hands, is it in prayer or in anger? Paul’s goal was to see unity and peace prevail and the only way for that to happen was for all to accept Jesus. Is Jesus making a difference in your life – bringing peace and unity, or are you living in anger?

CHRISTIAN FUNDAMENTALS CLASS  We have many new brothers and sisters who have been obedient to the Lord over the last couple years. Praise God! A Christian Fundamentals class will begin on Sunday, August 3. The class is open to anyone and will help build up our new brethren in the body of Christ as well as be a refresher for anyone desiring to participate. Depending on the number interested, we will meet in the kitchen or the foyer. Please see Bruce to let him know if you want to be a part of the class.

LADIES SING-ALONG  On Saturday, July 26, the Withamsville congregation will be hosting a Ladies Sing-Along at the Withamsville building from 9:30 am until 11:30 am. Breakfast will be provided. Call Terry at 943-9470 or Dabney at 755-9998 for more information and see the flyer on the bulletin board.
