Overview of Chapters 17, 18, 19, 20, 21:  These chapters in our reading today contain several prophecies of Isaiah: 1) the northern tribes being taken into captivity; 2) total destruction of Ethiopia and Egypt by the Assyrians; 3) burdens of Babylon, Edom, and Arabia.
